            Install the Consumer Goods Cloud Service Excellence package to use the Consumer Goods Cloud for Sales app.

            Required Editions

            • Install the Consumer Goods Cloud Managed package.
            • To use the Timeline component, enable Timeline in Setup. The console has a preconfigured Timeline component that shows the engagement interaction records for a sales agent.
            • You must have these add-on licenses.
              • Consumer Goods Cloud Sales (OR) Consumer Goods Cloud Sales and Service
              • Action Plans
              • Industries Visit
              • CGCloud Processing Services
              • Industries Sales Excellence
              • Penny Perfect Pricing
              • OmniStudio Runtime
            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud Sales OR Consumer Goods Cloud Sales and Service is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permissions:

            Assign Permission Sets

            AND

            View Setup and Configuration
            1. To install the Consumer Goods Cloud for Sales app, go to https://sf-industries.my.salesforce-sites.com/cgcloudservice, and download the package.
            2. Note
              Note The package isn’t authorized for distribution.
              To confirm installation only for Admins, select the Install for Admins checkbox.
            3. Click Install.
