            Add Values to Asset Status Picklist

            You can manually enhance the Asset object by adding picklist values to the Asset Status picklist.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To add values to assets picklist:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin
            1. From the object management settings for assets, go to Fields & Relationships, and then perform these steps.
              1. Click Status.
              2. In the Asset Status Picklist Values section, click New.
              3. Add these picklist values.
              • Active
              • Inactive
              • Damaged
            2. For Record Type Name, select Asset Custom.
            3. Save your changes.
