          Add Customer Conditions

          Create customer conditions to define prices or discounts for customers. You can create customer conditions only from condition templates with customer reference.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To create customer conditions:

          (CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin)

          OR

          CGCloud Supervisor OR CGCloud Retail Supervisor User

          OR

          CGCloud Sales User OR CGCloud Retail Sales User

          OR

          CGCloud Sales Support

          Customer conditions are interfaced from an ERP system. Customer conditions added to a customer appears in the Customer Conditions related list of a customer record.

          1. From App Launcher, find and select Accounts.
          2. Select a customer.
          3. In the Customer Conditions related list, click New.
          4. Provide these details:
            Field Description
            Identification
            Customer Name of the customer.
            Condition Template

            Condition template to create the product condition.

            Note
            Note The sales org of the condition template and the product must be the same.
            Value Value assigned to a customer condition. The value can be a percentage or an amount, depending on the configuration of the condition template used.
            Max Value Maximum value that can be assigned to a customer condition. The value can be a percentage or an amount, depending on the configuration of the condition template used.
            Quantity Quantity that the condition is applicable for.
            Valid From Start date of the validity period of the condition.
            Valid Thru End date of the validity period of the condition.
          5. Save your changes.
