          Add Customers to Routes

          After you create a route by using a route template, you can add one or more customers to the route. When you add customers, they’re added sequentially to the route. You can modify the customer sequence on the Edit Sequence page. You can create customers and a list of tasks for the customers on the route.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience in Performance, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To add customers to a route: Direct Store Delivery for Consumer Goods Offline Mobile App
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Routes.
          2. Search for and select the relevant route.
          3. On the Related tab, click Add Customer.
          4. Select the visit template.
            Visit templates must be in the same sales org as the sales org of the user. The default visit template is the visit template of the route.
          5. Enter the customer's name, or find the customer by using one of these filters:
            • Account Name
            • Customer Number
            • Shipping Street
            • Shipping Zip/Postal Code
            • Shipping State/Province
            • Shipping City
            • Priority
            • Class of Trade
          6. Click Add.
            Note
            Note To automatically refresh route customers in the related list of routes, make sure that Lighting Web Security is enabled in the org and add the ‘Auto Refresh Route and Tour Related List’ Lightning Web Component by using the app builder.
