            Assign Users to an Org Unit

            Assign users to org units to give the org units access to all stores. You can add up to 4,800 users to an org unit. You can also edit, or delete org unit users.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To an org unit users:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Org Units.
            2. Select an org unit.
            3. From the Org Unit Users related list, click New.
            4. Select an org unit.
            5. Select a user.
            6. To assign the user as the main user of the org unit, select Main.
            7. Enter a validity period for the relationship.
            8. Select a Management Type:
              • Sales
              • Service
              • Consultant
              • Call Center
            9. Save your changes.
