            Add Picklist Values to the Order Template Object

            Make sure that you have the required picklist values for the Compute Price field in Order Template.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To add picklist values:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin
            1. From the Object Manager settings for order template, go to Fields & Relationships.
            2. Select Compute Price.
            3. Check the Inactive Values section:
              • If picklist values 4 and 5 are available, then click Activate.
              • If picklist values 4 and 5 aren't available, then click New and add picklist values 4 and 5. Select all the record types and save your changes.
