          Add Promotion Lock Status

          Add the promotion lock status setting to enable your users to delete promotions in any phase.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions with the Consumer Goods Cloud
          User Permissions Needed
          To add promotion lock status:

          CGCloud Business Admin

          OR

          CGCloud Retail Business Admin

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Settings, and then select Custom Settings.
          2. Find System Setting and click Manage next to it.
          3. On the System Setting page, click New.
          4. Enter RE_Promotion_Lock_Status as the name of the setting.
          5. Click Save.
            The lock status setting is added with the Value field set to empty. Your users can now delete a promotion in any phase.
