Add a Reward Group to a Sellable Promotion
The Reward Groups related list displays the list of reward groups associated with a promotion. The rewards to be included in the different reward groups are dependent on the evaluation of operators and threshold value defined using hurdles and promotion expressions.

You can edit or delete reward group information if a promotion is in Running state. You can edit the reward multiplicity, sort option, and title or description language dependent for a reward group.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Promotions.
- Select a promotion.
- In the Rewards Group related list, click New.

Provide these details:
Field Description Identification Reward Multiplicity Number of rewards that can be selected from the mobile app when all the associated conditions are fulfilled. The available options are:
- Up to One
- Zero or More
Promotion Name of the selectable promotion. Sort Unique numeric value that defines the sequence of display of reward groups inside a selectable promotion on the mobile app. The value of this field must be unique and greater than zero. Sales Org Sales org of the reward group.
Note The sales org of a reward group and a selectable promotion must be the same.Count Rewards Numeric value that determines the number of rewards that are added to the selected reward group. Count Hurdles Numeric value that determines only the number of Reward Group-Specific hurdles added to the selected reward group. Included Indicates whether a reward group must be considered in pricing calculations in the context of selectable promotions. Title Title Language 1]/2/3/4 Title of a reward group in languages configured for the sales org. Description Description Language 1]/2/3/4 Description of a reward group in languages configured for the sales org. - Save your changes.
