Add a Signature Flow Step
Signature flow steps determine the signing authority.
Required Editions

| To add signature flow steps: | CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin |
- From App Launcher, find and select Signature Template.
- Select a signature template.
- In the Signature Flow Steps related list, click New.

Provide these details:
Field Description Identification Signature Template Name Name of the signature template. Function User role associated with a signature flow step. The options are:
- Cashier
- Checker
- Co-driver
- Customer
- Guard
- Mobile User
Authentication Determines whether data is required for a signature flow step. Sort Numeric sorting definition to sort the list of signature flow steps. Signature Indicates whether a signature is mandatory for the flow step. Sales Org Sales org of a signature flow step. Description Description Language 1/2/3/4 Description of a signature flow step in the languages configured for the sales org. - Save your changes.
