Assign Job Definition Templates to Activity Templates
To create a job pool for a specific business purpose, assign job definition templates to
activity templates. You can assign a job definition template to an activity template only one
time.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and
Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
From the App Launcher, find and select Activity Templates.
Select an activity template.
In the Template Questions related list, click New.
Select a job definition template, and then save your changes.
Note Ensure that the sales org of the template question and the activity template is the
same.
