            Assign Permission Sets to Consumer Goods Cloud’s Einstein Generative AI Users

            Provide users with the required permission sets to access and use the Einstein generative AI features in Consumer Goods Cloud.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Consider Goods Cloud, Agentforce for Consumer Goods and the required add-ons.
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permission sets:

            Assign Permission Sets

            AND

            View Setup and Configuration

            To assign permission sets to users:

            1. In Setup, find and select Users.
            2. Select the appropriate user.
            3. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignment.
            4. Move these permission sets to the Enabled Permission Sets list for an admin user:
              • Einstein for Service Innovations
              • Prompt Template Manager
              • Action Plans
              • Industries Visit
              • LightningRetailExecutionPlus or LightningRetailExecutionStarter or LightningRetailExecutionMerchandiser or LightningRetailExecutionContractor
              • CGCloud AI Assistive Agent Add On
            5. Move these permission sets to the Enabled Permission Sets list for a user:
              • Einstein for Service Innovations
              • Prompt Template User
              • Action Plans
              • Industries Visit
              • LightningRetailExecutionPlus or LightningRetailExecutionStarter or LightningRetailExecutionMerchandiser or LightningRetailExecutionContractor
              • CGCloud AI Assistive Agent Add On
            6. Save your changes.
