            Map a Mobility Sales Organization to a User

            Assign users to the relevant mobility sales org so that your users can sync data from the assigned mobility sales org in the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To add users to a mobility sales org:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin
            1. From the object management settings for a user, go to the User Page Layout section, and then select Page Layout Assignment.
            2. Select User Page Layout.
            3. Select Edit Assignment.
            4. Change the page layout assignment for the user profile to User Custom Layout.
            5. Save your changes.
            6. In Fields & Relationships, set the field-level security.
              Field Access Level
              Mobility Sales Org Visible
              Sales Organization Visible
              Language Postfix Read-Only
            7. Save your changes.
            8. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            9. For the user that you want to assign to a sales organization, click Edit.
            10. In the Additional Attributes section, select the relevant sales organization and mobility sales org.
              The system populates the values in the Sales Organization and Mobility Sales Org dropdown lists from the Picklist Values set.
              The language postfix gets updated automatically.
            11. Save your changes.
