Configure the Einstein Quick Insights for Account and Warehouse Objects in Consumer Goods

Add Quick Insights to the Account and Warehouse object record pages so that your users
can generate summaries and provide information to customers. You can determine which prompts
appear in the summary component for users to choose.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Consider
Goods Cloud, Agentforce for Consumer Goods and the required add-ons.
User Permissions
Needed
To edit the layout of the account and warehouse object:
On the Account record page, select Edit Page from the Setup
menu.
The Lightning App Builder appears.
Place the Einstein Quick Insights component on your record page layout.
Select the component you placed on your record page layout to bring up its
properties.
In the Prompt Template Type field, select Record Summary.
For Prompt Template Name, choose the required prompts for the object.
Save your configuration and activate your page.
Click Activation.
Click App Default.
Click Assign as App Default, select the required app, and
click Next.
We recommend using the Consumer Goods Cloud app for health assessment and the
Consumer Goods Cloud Visit Execution app for inventory deviations.
Save your changes.
Your users can start using the prompts to generate summaries.
