            Configure a Mobile Link Icon

            Configure a mobile link icon that your reps can use to represent and identify the apps within the Consumer Goods offline mobile app.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To create customer conditions:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Mobile LInks.
            2. Select an App.
            3. Click the Related tab and then click Add Files.
            4. Select an image file that you want to use as the mobile link icon, and then click Add.
            5. Click the Image file, click Drop down icon, and then select Edit File Details.
            6. For the Usage field, select Icon.
            7. Save your changes.
