            Make Operating Hours Editable for Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App

            If you want field reps to update store operating hours so that they can plan store visits, set the Account_Operating_Hour_Enabled system setting to True.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To update the Account_Operating_Hour_Enabled system setting:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin

            Your users must have edit access to Operating Hours. To provide access to Operating Hours, see Enable Sharing for Operating Hours.

            To avoid overriding operating hours across linked accounts, we recommend that your users turn on operation hours only when they aren’t used across multiple accounts.

            To view a list of supported time zones that you can configure in operating hours, see Supported Time Zones.

            1. From Setup, find and select Custom Settings.
            2. Click System Setting, and then click Manage.
            3. For Account_Operating_Hour_Enabled, click Edit.
            4. Enter the value as True.
            5. Save your changes.
