          Create a Calculation Schema

          Create a Calculation Schema

A Calculation Schema defines how the price of an order and the order items are calculated. The calculation schema contains a sequence of condition steps (the calculation step is linked with a condition template) and defines the calculation steps to be performed in a particular sequence.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

          User Permissions Needed
          To create a calculation schema:

          (CGCloud Business Admin

          OR

          CGCloud Retail Business Admin)

          AND

          Penny Perfect Pricing

To have the same result in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the Salesforce, set the calculation schema in the Salesforce as the ERP system. If you change the calculation in the ERP system, you also have to change it in Salesforce. The order template and the account details contain the Customer Price Type flag that points to the calculation schema.

          1. From App Launcher, find and select Calculation Schemas, and then click New.
          2. Enter a schema name.
          3. Enter a sort value.
          4. Activate the calculation schema.
          5. Select a sales org.
          6. Enter a description.
          7. Save your changes.
