Create Condition Templates
Create condition templates to define the behavior of conditions and to reference to customers, products, or both. Depending on the reference, you can create customer conditions, product conditions, or customer-specific product conditions.

- From App Launcher, find and select Condition Templates, and then click New.

Provide these details:
Field Description Identification Condition Template Name Name of the condition template. Active Indicates if a condition template is active. You can use only active templates to create conditions. Value Type Value type for a condition created using the template. The options are:
- None
- Percentage
- Amount
Template Type Meta type of a template. The options are:
- None: Not applicable
- Price: Use to create conditions that specify standard or customer-specific product price
- Discount: Use to create conditions that specify the percentage or value of discount for a product or customer
- Factor: Doesn't affect the functionality of the app
Sales Org Sales org of a customer template. The field is editable only during template creation. Description Description Language 1/2/3/4 Description of a customer template in the languages configured for the sales org. References Customer Reference Indicates if a template has customer reference. Only templates with customer reference can be used to create customer conditions and product-specific customer conditions. Product Reference Indicates if a template has product reference. Only templates with product reference can be used to create product-specific customer conditions and product conditions. Pricing Details Price Finding ID ID assigned for product or consumer price. - Save your changes.
- Add Product Conditions
Use product conditions to specify product prices for order value calculation. You can create product conditions only from condition templates with a product reference. You can specify multiple product conditions for a product based on different combinations of price type and price list. Each product condition has a validity period. - Add Customer Conditions
Create customer conditions to define prices or discounts for customers. You can create customer conditions only from condition templates with customer reference. - Add Customer-Specific Product Conditions
To set up personalized pricing or discounts for specific products and customers, create customer-specific product conditions. Consumer Goods Cloud doesn’t support adding customer-specific product conditions out-of-the-box. However, you can customize the pricing conditions by using these customer-specific product condition templates that include references to customers and products.
