            Create a Job Template

            Job templates define the behavior and display of the activities in the offline mobile app. Templates also define whether an activity is a question or a survey. Surveys are product-specific, but questions aren’t. You can use surveys to determine whether products are aptly placed in shelves, whether a product is offered at a special price, and more. You can use questions to confirm whether advertising material is placed in a store, to identify the total number of shelves available at a store, and more.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a job template:

            CGCloud Business Admin

            OR

            CGCloud Retail Business Admin
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Job Templates, and then click New.
            2. Provide these details:
              Field Description
              Identification
              Description Description of a job template.
              Job Template Name

              Name of a job template: Question or Survey.

              Use Survey for product-specific and Question for store-specific questions.
              Product Reference Indicates whether a job template has a product reference. To create surveys, use job templates with product reference. To create questions, use job templates without product reference.
              Sales Org Sales org of a job template. You can edit this field only when you create a template.
              Description
              Description Language 1/2/3/4 Description of a job template in the languages configured for the sales org.
            3. Save your changes.
