Reorder the sequence of the customer in a route by providing the sequence number or use
the drag-and-drop feature on the Edit Sequence page. Drivers execute the tasks and the visits for
customers based on the customer sequence set in a route.
Required Editions
Make sure that multiple customers are added to a route.
Available in: Lightning Experience in Performance, Enterprise, and
Unlimited Editions with the Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

To edit the customer sequence:

When you add customers to a route, the system automatically creates a corresponding visit
for each customer in the route and associates it with the tour (by using route). To determine the
customer sequence and visit sequence, manage the customer sequence in a route.
From the App Launcher, find and select Routes.
Select a relevant route and go to the Related tab.
Click Edit Sequence.
Provide or modify the sequence number in the Sequence field, and then save your
changes.
The sequence number must be unique and greater than zero.
