Create vehicle and safety checks with tour checks. Associate the checks with a tour
template, specify the order of the checks, and mark whether the checks are a start-of-day or
end-of-day activity. After setup, the driver completes all vehicle and safety checks during the
tour.

The Can_Updt_Tour_Checks_for_Cmpl_Tours custom system setting
syncs and updates tour check records for completed or canceled tours. It is enabled by
default. The setting prevents sync failures that can happen when tour check updates occur
after tour completion or cancellation. If you're upgrading to the Consumer Goods Cloud managed
package Winter ’26, create Can_Updt_Tour_Checks_for_Cmpl_Tours custom
system setting manually in Setup. Refer the Create a Custom Setting to Run the Enhanced Effective Account Manager Sync Batch page for steps to create the setting.
