Schedule an Apex Class for the Account Sharing Batch Process

Schedule an Apex class to run the account sharing batch process and make the supporting accounts—Wholesaler, Distributor, or Payer—visible to users.

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

To schedule an Apex batch process:	CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin

CGCloud Retail Business Admin

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Apex Classes, and then select Apex Classes.
Click Schedule Apex.
Select the Apex class as AccountSharingCriterionBatch.
If the Apex class isn’t listed, find and open the Apex class in Developer Console. Then retry selecting the apex class on the Schedule Apex page.
Specify how often you want the apex class to run.
We recommend that you schedule to run the batch process weekly.
Save your changes.

To monitor the jobs, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Scheduled Jobs, and then select Scheduled Jobs.
