Create a user profile or clone an existing Sales Rep user profile and assign the tour driver
permission sets in case you haven’t done so during the installation.

Assign the DSD sync configuration to a new or existing user profile with a driver
persona.
Assign the user profile to the tour driver with the CGCloud Tour Driver Or (CGCloud
Retail Tour Driver and CGCloud Retail User) user permission set.
You can assign the DSD sync configuration to a role or directly to a user.
