You can group users using one of these options:
User Role Hierarchy: Determines the role a user must have for accessing the additional
accounts that the user isn’t a manager for. The defined roles must be sales org-dependent.
Public Groups: Manually maintained groups of users that are sales org-dependent. Users of
only one sales org can be configured in one group.
