When you create tours (by using tour templates or routes), you can manually add visits
to the tour that aren’t derived from the route. Assigned visits are shown in the related list of
the tour. You can create visits for multiple accounts. When you create a tour from a route, the
system creates a corresponding visit for each customer in the route and associates the visit with
the tour (by using the route).

To map visits to a tour, the user’s default location must be set.

Unlimited Editions with Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

To manage visits for tours:
Direct Store Delivery for Consumer Goods Offline Mobile App
From the App Launcher, find and select Tours.
Select the tour.
Click Create Visit.
Select the visit template.
Visit templates must be of the same sales org as the sales org of the user. The default
visit template is the visit template of the tour.
Enter the customer name or find the customer by using one of these filters:
Account Name
Customer Number
Shipping Street
Shipping Zip/Postal Code
Shipping State/Province
Shipping City
Priority
Class of Trade
Click Add.
Important To automatically refresh route customers in the related list of routes,
make sure that the Lighting Web Security is enabled in the org and add the Auto Refresh Route
and Tour Related List Lightning Web Component by using the app builder.
Save your changes.
The visit duration is set based on the duration field setting at the Tour level.
