Configure the Distribution Reorganization Settings
The distribution reorganization settings, together with sync rules, tracked objects, and
named queries, determine the records that are shown in offline mobile devices. Typically, you
create distribution reorganization settings for visits and orders.

User Permissions Needed
To configure Distribution Reorganization settings:
CGCloud Business Admin
OR
CGCloud Retail Business Admin
To prevent lengthy synchronization times, we recommend setting values that sync only relevant
historical data.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Custom Settings, and then
select Custom Settings.
For Distribution Reorganisation, click Manage.
Click New.
Enter the name of the visit setting as
CallDistributionSetting.
For Distribution Relevant Count, specify the number of latest visit records to show in
offline mobile devices.
For Distribution Relevant CutOff Date, specify the number of most recent days from which
you want to include visit records in offline mobile devices.
Records created before this date aren’t included.
Click Save & New.
Enter the name of the order setting as
OrderDistributionSetting.
For Distribution Relevant Count, specify the number of latest order records to show in
offline mobile devices.
For Distribution Relevant CutOff Date, specify the number of most recent days from which
you want to include order records in offline mobile devices.
Records created before this date aren’t included.
Save your changes.
