            Create HKey Field

            Create HKey fields for the Job Template and other objects before you upload files for the objects from static resources.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

            The HKey field is required for these objects:

            • Data Type
            • Mobile App Picklist Mapping
            • Order Template
            • Promotion Template
            • Workflow
            • Job Template
            1. From Setup, go to Object Manager, and then find and select an object.
            2. Click Fields & Relationships, and then click New.
            3. Select Text.
            4. Enter the field name as HKey and length as 100.
            5. Enter a description.
            6. Ensure that Unique isn't selected, select External ID, and then click Next.
            7. For Field Level Security for Profile, select only System Administrator, and then click Next.
            8. Remove all page layout selections.
            9. Save your changes.
