Users can view and identify ‌inventory deviations post inventory reconciliation based on the chosen prompt in the Quick Insights section for a warehouse.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Consider Goods Cloud, Agentforce for Consumer Goods and the required add-ons.

User Permissions Needed
To view warehouse inventory deviations:	Direct Store Delivery for Consumer Goods Offline Mobile App

Make sure you complete these prerequisites for your users before they generate a summary.

Turn on Einstein generative AI in Retail Execution Settings from Setup. See Enable Einstein Generative AI in Consumer Goods Cloud.
Add Quick Insights as a component in the page layout. See Configure the Einstein Quick Insights for Account and Warehouse Objects.
Assign required permission sets to the user. See Assign Permission Sets to Consumer Goods Cloud’s Einstein Generative AI Users.

Here are the steps for users to get inventory deviations:

From the App Launcher, find and select Warehouses.
Search for and select an warehouse.
In the Quick Insights section, select the prompt to generate inventory deviations and select Summarize.
Provide feedback on the response.
