          Check Call Compliance for Borrowers Linked to Collection Plan

          As a collections specialist, make informed decisions about contacting borrowers by using call compliance checks. Call compliance checks are performed based on your organization’s legal requirements, such as time zone regulations and call frequency limits.

          User Permissions Needed
          To check call compliance for borrowers: Collections and Recovery Specialist
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Collections.
          2. Click Collection Plans, and open a collection plan record.
            The collection plan record details page lists the borrowers associated with the collection plan.
          3. To make sure that the borrower can be contacted or not, click Compliant for the relevant borrower.
            The Is Compliant column indicates if the borrower can be contacted or not.
