          Customize the Prebuilt Flow to Create Promise to Pay Agreements

          Customize the Create Promise to Pay prebuilt flow. This flow is triggered through the Create Promise to Pay action on a collection plan page.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: View product and edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To customize the prebuilt flow:

          Collections and Recovery Admin permission set

          AND

          Customize Application permission

          This flow creates a promise to pay agreement for a borrower, creates a corresponding payment schedule, and sends an email to the borrower with the promised payment details. Customize this flow according to your business requirements.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
          2. Click Create promise to Pay.
          3. Click Save as New Version.
            Note
            Note If you plan to clone the flow, make sure that you don't change the API name.
          4. Customize the flow according to your business requirements.
          5. Save your changes and activate the flow.
