            Enable Timeline for Collections and Recovery

            Configure interactive timelines so that collections specialists and collections managers can view the key events related to collections on the timeline.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: View product and edition availability.
            User Permissions Needed
            To turn on Timeline Configuration: Industry Service Excellence
            To enable Collection Plan Event Timeline: Collections and Recovery Admin
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Timeline, and then select Timeline.
            2. Turn on Timeline Configuration.
              After you enable Timeline in your Salesforce org, you can't disable it.
            3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Collections, and then select Collections Settings.
            4. Enable Collection Plan Event Timeline.
              After you enable this setting, you can’t disable it.
            5. To view the Collections and Recovery activity timeline, add Timeline to a collection plan record page.
