Create a CRM Analytics App for Attendance Prediction

To provide predictions for appointment management, you need a CRM Analytics App. This app is where Einstein calculates the patient’s likelihood to attend.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
To use Einstein Discovery CRM Analytics for Healthcare
          Note
Note Einstein Discovery needs a minimum of 400 service appointment records to build the prediction model. Ensure that at least 50 records are in the Show Flag field, with true or false values, and there are at least 25 records in each category (True and False). Import this data from the external scheduling system using the Data Loader. These records can be up to 730 days old from the day of the import. The status category for records of completed appointments must be Completed. For incomplete appointments, the status category must be Cannot Complete and the status reason must be No Show. To stay synchronized with the external scheduling system and to get more accurate predictions, ensure that the status of each service appointment in Health Cloud is up to date.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Getting Started, and then select Getting Started under Analytics.
          2. Click Enable CRM Analytics.
If you see the Launch CRM Analytics button, Analytics is already enabled.
          3. Click Launch CRM Analytics.
          4. In Analytics Studio, click Create, and then select App.
          5. From Recommended Templates, select Einstein Discovery for Healthcare Analytics. Then click Continue.
          6. Review the information on the Einstein Discovery for Healthcare Analytics Details page. Then click Continue.

          8. On the Einstein Discovery for Healthcare Analytics - Pick answers to reuse page, select Create a brand new app, and then on the Einstein Discovery for Healthcare Analytics - Personalize page click Looks good, next.
All the fields that are used to make appointment attendance predictions are selected by default. To create a prediction model, at least two fields are required. The City, Country, State, and Zip Code fields come from the Account object in Salesforce.
          9. Clear the fields that you don’t want included in your model, and then click Looks good, next. Don’t clear the Hours and Weekday fields.
          10. Enter a name for your app, and then click Create.
