          The Schedule Visit action helps telesales reps schedule visits for a customer.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.

          User Permissions Needed
          To create an agent topic:

          Manage AI Agents AND Manage Agentforce Employee Agents

          OR

          Customize Application

          Before you begin,

          To create an agent action:

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agents, and then select Agentforce Assets.
          2. Click Actions, and then click New Agent Actions.
          3. For Reference Action Type, select Flow.
          4. For Reference Action, select Schedule Visit.
          5. For Agent Action Label, enter Schedule Visit.
          6. Click Next.
          7. For Agent Action Instructions, enter Creates a visit using the Account ID and visit template name..
          8. For Loading Text, enter Creating visit….
          9. For Inputs, add these instructions and and select Require input for all.
            • Account ID: The account ID for which a visit is to be created.
            • Visit Template ID: The visit template ID that’s used to create visits.
            • Visit Date Time: The date and time for which a visit is to be created.
          10. For Outputs, add these instructions.
            • Account Record: The account record that’s used to create a visit.
            • Location Record: The default location record that’s used to create a visit.
            • Visit Template Record: The visit template record that’s used to create visits.
            • Visit Id: The visit record Id that’s created for a visit.
            • Visit Record: The visit record that’s created for a visit. Select Show in Conversation.
            • Status: The status of the scheduled visit.
          11. Click Finish.
