Provide agent access to your users by using profiles or permission sets. Use either the Agent Access tab on the Agent Details page or the Setup pages for permission sets and profiles. See Manage Employee Agent Access.
Telesales reps can click the Ask Agentforce icon on the top right in the Consumer Goods Cloud for Service app (Telesales app) and choose the Customer Service Assistance. They can type their questions (prompt) in the Agentforce chatbox and get the desired response.
