Don’t turn on Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator unless you’re a Agentforce Revenue Management customer. When you turn on Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, you also enable Agentforce Revenue Management, if it's not already enabled.
Select the fulfillment user. See Create Fulfillment Users for Order Orchestration
