By linking the task to the step source, users can see the activity details for the entire fulfillment order in one place, without going to individual steps. For example, if a fulfillment order consists of multiple manual tasks, the activities of each task is shown at the order level. The activity details include information on all upcoming and overdue tasks related to the fulfillment order.
