Register Network Participations
To register network participations for a provider, use the Network Participation component on the provider’s business account or person account record page.

- Go to the account record of the provider or provider group that you want to register network participations for.
- Click New Participation.
- Select the practice locations that you want to enroll in your network participation, and click Next.

If you’re creating a network participation for a provider group from its Business
Account record, choose whether to create network participations only for specific members
or for all members. Then, select the members that you want to create network
participations for, and click Next.
If you selected multiple locations on the previous page, a network participation is created for each provider associated with those locations.
If the provider group doesn’t have any members, then network participations are created for just the provider group.
Note This step is bypassed if you’re creating a network participation for a person account record. The provider for this network participation is the provider represented by that person account. - Select the payer networks that you want to affiliate your network participations with, and click Next.

Enter a start date and an end date for the network participations, and click
Next.
If you have a contract in place for these network participations, you can add that on this page too.
- Review your network participations that you want to register, and save your selections.
