Use these fields to define payment terms for a contract of agreement type Capitation
Care Fee Agreement. This agreement type supports the Capitated Payment type in which providers are
paid a fixed amount for each member every month for a fixed set of services. As part of the
program, the payer can also decide to withhold some amount and pay it later as a bonus amount
based on the performance.

Contract Payment Agreement
The related contract payment agreement record.
Monthly Fee
The fee, agreed upon by the provider and payer, for each member per month.
Monthly Withheld Percentage
The percentage of the monthly fee that's withheld by the payer and shared later with
the provider based on performance.
Monthly Balance Fee
The balance fee for each member after the monthly withheld fee.
Member Age Range Lower Limit
The lower age limit of the enrolled member for the capitation care fee
agreement.
Member Age Range Upper Limit
The upper age limit of the enrolled member for the capitation care fee
agreement.
