            Shared Saving Payment Agreement Fields

            Use these fields to define payment terms for a contract of agreement type Shared Savings Payment Agreement. This agreement type supports the Shared Savings payment type in which the payer shares the profit and loss with the provider and provider groups.

            Field Description
            Contract Payment Agreement The related contract payment agreement record.
            Benchmarked Expenditure Amount The expenditure amount for the selected benchmark period.
            Forecasted Expenditure Amount The expenditure amount that's forecasted for the contract payment agreement duration.
            Qualifying Profit Percentage The minimum profit percentage required to share the profit.
            Profit Plan Description The description of the shared savings payment agreement when a profit is attained.
            Loss Plan Description The description of the shared savings payment agreement when there's a loss.
            Benchmark Start Date The start date of the benchmark period based on which the profit or loss is determined for the Shared Saving payment type.
            Benchmark End Date The end date of the benchmark period based on which the profit or loss is determined for the Shared Saving payment type.
