          Add Complaint Summary Field

          Customize the Public Complaint page layout by adding the Complaint Summary field to the details section. Add the fields that are required for complaint summary.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience.

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud and FSC Service Einstein Add-On are enabled.

          User Permissions Needed
          To create and edit page layouts: Customize Application
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
          2. In the Quick Find box, search for Public Complaint, and then select Public Complaint.
          3. In the Page Layouts section, click Public Complaint Layout.
          4. From the Public Complaint Layout menu, select Fields.
          5. Drag Complaint Summary to the Public Complaint Detail section.
          6. Save your changes.
