            Add Einstein Summary

            Add the Einstein Summary component to the Public Complaint record page by using the Lightning App Builder. The Einstein Summary component helps generate summaries using a prompt template based on design-time attributes.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience.

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited editions where Financial Services Cloud and FSC Service Einstein Add-On are enabled.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and save Lightning pages in the Lightning App Builder: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, go to the Lightning App Builder.
            2. Edit the Lightning page that you use for records.
              If you don’t have this page in Lightning App Builder, you can create one. See Create an App Home Page with the Lightning App Builder and Create and Configure Lightning Experience Record Pages.
            3. Drag the Einstein Summary component onto the page layout. 
              In the Lightning App Builder, you can add, edit, or remove components to change the page layout. Reorder components by dragging them around the canvas. Customize the component properties as required. See Add and Customize Tabs on Lightning Pages Using the Lightning App Builder.
            4. Save your changes, and then activate the page.
