          Configure Picklist Values for a Dispute Request

          To track the type and status of a dispute accurately, add the required picklist values to your dispute-related objects. Use these values to classify disputes, such as fraud or processing errors, and map your Salesforce record statuses to the specific lifecycle stages required by payment networks.

          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To activate the picklist values: Customize Application
          1. In Setup, go to Object Manager.
          2. Select the object you want to update. For example, Dispute Item.
          3. Click Fields & Relationships, and then click the picklist field name. For example, Status.
          4. In the Picklist Values section, click New.
          5. Add the picklist values. For the list of required picklist values, see Dispute Request Picklist Values.
          6. Copy the relevant values for that specific object and field.
          7. Paste the values into the text box, placing each value on a separate line.
          8. Save your changes.
          9. Repeat these steps for all objects and fields listed in Dispute Request Picklist Values.
