          Advanced Document Validation provides a repeatable framework for verifying documents. A document validation definition presents verifiers with a consistent set of fields for specific document categories, eliminating guesswork and standardizing compliance for loan officers. Provide a side-by-side view of documents and records. After comparing the data, update the Status field on the document checklist item to create an audit trail of the validation outcome.

          Targeted Field Groups: Curated field groups show the specific fields required for validation instead of every field on a record. By showing only necessary details, such as expiration dates and legal names, the validation process becomes more focused and efficient.

          Document Validation Definition: Define a multi-level hierarchy of records that is validated for a document associated with a specific document category and document type combination.

          Contextual Validation: Set up specific lists of documents to validate in a single workflow for loan officers. Map these lists to document types and categories to create document checklist items to review.
