Configure a Household Node
Lists household accounts that are related to the selected person account, such as households or trusts that the person belongs to.

| To create an ARC Relationship Graph: | Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Sales AND Customize Application |
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Relationship Center, and then select Actionable Relationship Center.

Click New Relationship Graph or edit an existing graph.
Important The Root Node object must be Person Account to configure the Household Node. - Click the plus icon to add a child node.

On the Properties tab, configure the node properties as follows:
Field Name Field Value Object Account Relationship Type Many-to-Many Junction Object Account-Contact Relationship Parent Node Lookup Field Contact Object Lookup Field Account
Note If Contact doesn't appear as a field option:- Make sure that the Junction Object is set to Account-Contact Relationship.
- Make sure that contact-contact relationships are created in your org. To check, go to a person account's Related Contacts tab.
- Make sure that the Root Node object is set to Person Account.
- If the issue continues, contact Salesforce Support with your org configuration details.

Click Filter and define the following filter criteria:
Field Name Field Value Apply filter to Object Field Record Type Operator equals Value Household - Click Done. Configure the node Display and Actions tabs.
- Save your graph.
After saving your graph, verify that the Household node displays correctly. To confirm, go to a person account that belongs to a household and open the ARC tab. Make sure that the household node appears in the graph. Click the household node to check that household member details display correctly.
Note If household members don't appear, make sure that:
- The person account has an active Account-Contact Relationship with a household account.
- The household account Record Type is set to Household.
- You have read access to the household account and its related fields.
