Assign Transaction Dispute Management Permissions to User
Assign the relevant permission sets, and configure object and field-level security for the Case object and other dispute-related objects. These settings authorize users to capture dispute details, see merchant alerts, and initiate chargebacks.

Assign permission sets.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
- Click a user’s name.
- In Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
- From Available Permission Sets, select and add OmniStudio User, Industry Service Excellence, Financial Services Cloud Standard, and Financial Services Cloud Extension or FSC Service permission sets.
- Save your changes.

Update field-level security.
- In Setup, go to Object Manager.
- Locate each of the objects listed in this task and click Fields & Relationships.

For each object and field, update the field-level security as shown in this table for all
the profiles that use Transaction Dispute Management.

Assign object permissions.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- Click the profile that you’re editing, and click Edit.

Under Standard Object Permissions, locate these objects and assign the Read,
Create, Edit, and View All Records permissions.
