Assign Branch Management Permissions to Users
Ensure that users can access and use Branch Management features by creating and assigning permission sets.

Note The User license to access Branch Management in Financial Services
Cloud permission is enabled by default if your organization has the Financial
Services Cloud Extension permission set.

Create a permission set with the Branch Management permissions enabled.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then click Permission Sets.
- Click Clone next to the Financial Services Cloud Extension permission set.
- Enter a label for your permission set, such as FSC with Branch Management.
- Clear the API name field and then tab to the next field, so the API name fills in automatically.
- (Optional) Change the Description field if desired.
- Click Save.
- In the Permission Sets list, click the name of the permission set you just created to edit it.
- Click the System Permissions link.
- Click Edit.
- Enable the User license to access Branch Management in Financial Services Cloud permission.
- Click Save.

Assign the permission set to users.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then click Permission Sets.
- Click the name of the permission set that you created earlier, such as FSC with Branch Management.
- Click Manage Assignments, and then click Add Assignments.

Select the checkbox for each user who will use branch management features, and then click
Assign.
Note You can only assign a permission set license to active users.
