Configure Fields Specific to Business Relationship Plan
Add Business Relationship Plan related fields to Account Plan and Account Plan Objective
objects to help your relationship managers capture strategic details and relevant stakeholders
associated with the account plan. You can also create a dedicated record type or a different
layout for the finance-specific account plan and then add Business Relationship Plan related
fields to it.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited
Editions with Financial Services Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To enable business relationship plans:
Financial Services Cloud Extension OR FSC Sales
AND
Customize Application
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then
select
Object
Manager.
In the Quick Find box, enter Account Plan, and then
select Account
Plan.
Click Page Layouts, and then select Account Plan
Layout.
On the palette, select Fields.
Drag these fields from the object palette to the Account Plan Detail section.
Relationship Summary
Account Internal Risk Rating
Calling Strategy
Calling Strategy Notes
Save your changes.
Similarly, configure fields for the relevant page layouts for the Account Plan Objective
page, Interaction, and Interaction Summary objects.
