Configure the Prebuilt Account Plan Lightning Page

Configure the Prebuilt Account Plan Lightning Page

Provide your relationship team a dedicated Lightning page in the Commercial Banking app to manage account plans. Your relationship team can get a bird's-eye view of the account plan on the Overview tab. The Flexcard Template Selector component is available by default on the Overview tab on the Lightning page. On the Details tab, your relationship team can capture relevant information to better understand client goals, prioritize the urgent needs, and implement strategies for them. From the Objectives component, they can create strategic goals and define measures for success by using a single guided flow. Also, they can upload files relevant to the account plan on the Related tab. Customize the page to better suit your users' requirements and set it as the default layout across all apps.

          Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Financial Services Cloud

Configure fields specific to business relationship plans on the Account Plan Lightning page.

          Create and Evaluate Objectives

With the Objectives component on the Account Plan Lightning page, your relationship teams can create measurable goals, define objective measures, and monitor progress using tracking metrics.

          Objectives Component

Use the Objectives component (1) to create goals with measurable metrics, define objective measures using a guided flow (2), view the total number of objectives, measures with no updates, and the number of overdue tasks (3), and get progress updates at a granular objective level such as the count of completed measures, completed tasks, inactive measures, and overdue tasks associated with a specific objective (4).
