Assign Business Relationship Plan AI Permissions to Users
To use the AI-powered summarization in the Business Relationship Plan, assign relevant permissions to your users.
Required Editions
| Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions that have FSC Sales & Service license or the FSC Sales license and Einstein for Sales Add-On enabled |

Assign permission sets.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
- Click a user’s name.
- In Permission Set Assignments, click Edit Assignments.
- From Available Permission Sets, select and add FSC Sales, FSC Sales Einstein, Omnistudio User, and Prompt Template User permission sets.
- Save your changes.

Assign object permissions to your relationship managers.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- Click the profile that you're editing.
- Click Edit.
- Under Standard Object Permissions, locate the Generative AI Prompt Templates object and select View All Records permission.
- Save your changes.

Update field-level security.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.

Locate each object listed in the table and click Fields &
Relationships. Then for each object and field, update the field-level security
for all the profiles that use Business Relationship Plan AI.

Assign permission to use flows.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
- Click Edit for the user profile that you want to give flow access to.
- Under General User Permissions, select Manage Flows and Run Flows.
- Save your changes.
