          Work with Business Relationship Plan

          Your relationship managers can efficiently create business relationship plans by using the account plan related lists on the Account record page. From the Objectives tab on the account plan record page, relationship managers can create goals and easily track them by defining measures from the Account Plan Objective record page. Additionally, your relationship team can use the prebuilt Account Plan Lightning page in the Commercial Banking app to create relationship plans for corporate clients.

          • Create Account Plans By Using Flexcard Templates for Business Relationship Plan
            Your relationship teams can access Account Plans from the account plans related list on the account record page. After creating an account plan, relationship managers can simply select a template from the available Flexcard templates and apply it to the Account Plan record page.
          • Add Objectives to an Account Plan
            Relationship Managers can create a strategic objective for an account plan and add an appropriate category to it. They can also assign an owner, set the priority, and specify the status of the account plan objective to ensure effective management.
          • Add Tasks to Account Plan Objectives
            Your relationship teams can create action plans by using the Tasks Flexcard component on the account plan objective record page. View an aggregated count of tasks, whether they're directly associated with objectives or through action plans. Visualize the distribution of tasks based on their progress status through a task distribution pie chart. Receive updates on the overdue tasks associated with action plans, ensuring timely follow-up.
          • Define Account Plan Objective Measures
            Track the progress of the account plan objective by defining measures from the account plan objective Lightning page. Use a guided flow to define the measures for an objective and link related records all at once, maintaining context throughout. Associate relevant opportunities and cases as related records with the measures for the objectives that you own. Use the guided Omniscript as is or customize it to add different object related records. Visualize the progress of each measure with progress ring indicators. You can also create objective measures directly from the Account Plan Lightning page.
