Work with Einstein Summaries for Business Relationship Plan
By using field generation prompt templates that use real-time account plan data, you can get dynamic summaries of client relationships and interactions.

Important This tool uses generative AI, which is known to include inaccurate or
harmful responses. Before sharing externally, review the output for accuracy and safety. You
assume responsibility for the output when sharing.

Generate a relationship summary.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Account Plans.

Open the Account Plan record page and go to the Summary tab.
If you’re using Account Plan Lightning page, then from the App Launcher, find and select Commercial Banking and open Account Plan Lightning record page.

On the relationship summary field of the Account plan record page, click
.

To generate a draft of the field, click
.
If the form field is enabled for generative AI,
appears next to the field. If you don't see a generative
AI-enabled field icon on a record field (
), then a prompt template isn't supported for the
field. - In the Einstein panel, review the draft that AI generates and then add it to the field.

If you’re unsatisfied with the response, send a message that asks Einstein to rewrite the
draft.
Einstein supports brief back-and-forth conversations, so if you’re still unsatisfied with the regenerated draft, ask Einstein to revise the draft again.
- After you add the draft to the field, review the field and edit it, if necessary.
- Save the updated record.

To generate a summary of interactions associated with an account plan objective for the
first time, go to the account plan objective record page and click Generate
Summary.
To again generate a summary of interactions, click Refresh Summary.
